Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onward do — iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, recent Samsung Galaxy models. During checkout we check your exact model before you pay.
When does the 30 days start?
When the eSIM first connects to a network — not when you buy. Install it at home, it activates when you land. The Premium bundles (700 & 300 GB) are the exception: they start right after delivery.
What happens when my data runs out?
Nothing is charged automatically. You get a notification at 80% and 100%, and can top up in the app in one tap.
Can I keep my own number for calls?
Yes. The hyper eSIM handles data only; your regular SIM stays active for calls and texts.
